We’re exclusively partnered with a high profile global investment firm seeking a Developed Market Rates Strategist to join their Macro Research & Strategy team in London. This is a high-profile role at the centre of global macro investing, perfect for someone who thrives on fast-moving markets and wants their research to shape real investment decisions.

The Opportunity:
You’ll focus on interest rate strategy across developed markets, working alongside senior strategists and portfolio managers to translate data, policy, and market trends into actionable investment views. The firm is open to candidates from a broad developed markets background and is committed to training and developing the successful hire into a country lead position over time.

• Deliver in-depth macro research and insight across developed markets

• Formulate investment recommendations informed by policy shifts and market dynamics

• Build structured frameworks for market monitoring and scenario analysis

• Collaborate with economists, policymakers, and industry experts to anticipate key developments

• Influence investment debates through concise and impactful reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years’ experience in macroeconomic research or strategy, with exposure to developed market rates

• Passion for global macro, policy analysis, and capital markets

• Strong technical and analytical skills; asset allocation experience is a plus

• Clear communicator able to distill complexity into insight

• Team player with the drive to make a genuine impact in a global investment setting
