Data Content Specialist – Boutique Asset Manager (London)
We’re working with a boutique asset manager seeking a bright, proactive individual to join their Market Data & Information team in London.
This is not a back-office role — it’s a unique opportunity for someone with a strong interest in investment to work closely with trading teams, gaining first-hand exposure to the investment process, and playing a key role in supporting portfolio decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Vendor & Data Management: Manage relationships with key data providers (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet etc.), oversee contracts and invoicing, and support usage reviews to maximise value.
Process Execution & Improvement: Own and enhance daily workflows — from research access to internal data tracking. Spot inefficiencies and bring in automation or better tooling where you can.
Investment Team Support: Respond to data and research requests, maintain investment dashboards, and ensure timely access to market intelligence.
Project Contribution: Play a part in strengthening data infrastructure, evaluating new tools, and exploring technologies like automation and data visualisation.
About you

You enjoy working with internal teams and external vendors and can build strong relationships on both sides.
Curious and eager to explore tools and technologies – whether automation, AI, or data visualization.
Experience in financial services, investment operations, or research support is helpful but not essential. Familiarity with tools like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or FactSet is a plus.
