Direct Lending Investment Associate – New York

We are mandated by a leading healthcare investor, who are looking to grow their Private Credit team with the addition of an investment associate. The group provide growth capital issued as debt to middle-market firms across the Northeast US.

The group have an exceptionally strong track record in value creation, managing in excess of $1bn and have also recently concluded a further fundraise.

The successful candidates will be instrumental in the fund’s deployment, and the positions represent an exceptional opportunity to join a leading name in the Private Credit space.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in the direct lending space, with substantive experience working at either a similarly aligned fund, or leading boutique to bulge bracket bank.

Requirements:

• ~1 – 3 years’ experience in either Direct Lending or Private Credit.

• A highly analytical acumen, and exceptionally strong financial modelling skills.

• You must have the unrestricted right to work in the United States.
