We are mandated by a leading middle-market investor who are looking to grow their investment team with the addition of a Vice President.

The group make private and public investments across debt and equity strategies, with ticket sizes typically ranging from $30 - $350mn per platform addition.

The group invest across the technology product group, and have a particular interest in speaking to candidates with exposure to the software subvertical.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years’ cumulative experience in Private Equity.

  • You must have substantive transaction experience in the technology sector, and a demonstrable track record within the space.

  • You must have the unrestricted right to work in the United States.
